Q. How much are the HOA fees?

  1. 520 and 522 Grove St. is currently $453.76/month.
  2. 534, 542, 544 Grove St. is currently $412.94/month.

 

Q. What do the HOA fees cover?

A. Check the HOA budget at www.thegrovehealdsburg.com.

    1. Pool & Spa & outdoor cook area.
    2. Landscape
    3. Road
  2. Insurance
    1. Property
    2. Flood

Contact your insurance carrier to determine your coverage requirements.  Your agent should contact the HOA’s insurance carrier to determine its coverage.

  1. Reserves for future repairs and replacements. E.g.,
    1. Paint
    2. Roofing
    3. Asphalt
    4. Lighting
    5. Wood Deck Fencing

Q. Can we rent our property?

A. (refer to CCR’s which are posted at www.thegrovehealdsburg.com.)

The CCRs (Conditions, Covenant, Restrictions) allow leasing your home for no less than 6 months unless approved by the Association, but in no case less than 30 days (which is a limitation imposed by City regulation).

 

Q. Can we use a BBQ on our deck?

A.  (refer to CCR’s which are posted at www.thegrovehealdsburg.com.) –

generally, they are allowed.  Much consideration has been given to aesthetics of everything in The Grove, so your choice of style, type and color should compliment current aesthetics.  If you have questions contact the architectural review committee.  Also, remember there is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ in the pool house.

 

Q. Can we have Pets?

A.  (refer to CCR’s which are posted at www.thegrovehealdsburg.com.) and HOA meeting minutes. 

Section 6.4 of CCRs allow no more than 2 pets.  Types of pets allowed are described in the CCRs.  Some types may require Association approval.  Read this section carefully.
